Livingston (for Polunsky) has a good selection of hotels. I've stayed at a couple of them.

Super 8 : Cheap, slightly dingy but always clean. Fridge and microwave in the rooms and free WiFi. Smoking and non-smoking rooms. Seems to be a favorite for truck drivers who take up the entire front parking lot and transient workers who like to be loud at night and in the morning when they wake up, so I don't recommend it if you need peace and quiet, and the doors all open to the outside so there's no sound barrier between you and the road.

Best Western : When I find a good hotel at a spot I go to often I don't usually stray from it so this  hotel is the reason I've never stayed anywhere else after my foray to the Super 8 once. I love this hotel. You'll pay a little bit more, but it's super quiet and the reception desk is always helpful and friendly. Fridge and microwave, free WiFi, smoking and non-smoking rooms, and a pool.
