it will depend on what his level is at that time. Because not all non relations have to visit behind glass.

Inmates who are in trusty camps generally get contact visits with everyone, regardless of whether they are close relatives or not.

Inmates who are in general population usually only have contact visits with close relatives. Non-relatives can request a contact visit, and those travelling from overseas or more than 300 miles from the unit can request a special visit over 2 days. But both are at the Warden's discretion.
