Would would be the best way to send money to the TDCJ?  I know there is jpay, the ecomm site, and i think western union, and a lockbox.  What would have the cheapest fees? And which would arrive the fastest?

The eComm site is only $3.95 per deposit or purchase and the money is there the following day usually. Jpay is more expensive, I think $7,  but also gets there the same day/following day depending on your location in the world.

Sounds like the ecomm site would be the best given the fees.
