Inmates are limited to the amount of money they can spend at commisarry every two weeks, depending on their security status.
On September 1, 2014, all General Population offender's spend limit on the unit will be increased to $95 every two weeks.
Postage purchased by the inmate after September 1, 2014 will not affect their two week spend limit. This means an inmate can spend $10 on stamps, and still spend $95 on other items.
