Question about jpay stamps

If a prepaid reply jpay stamp is used, does the mailroom give the inmate a real stamp?

No, they won't give them a stamp. I don't even think they offer that option when using JPay to send a letter to someone in Texas. I could be wrong though.

I try not to use Jpay to often to texas, so i was not sure about that.  Thank you for the answer.
