The Electronic Frontier Foundation has obtained clarification of a sort from TDCJ lawyers on what will or will not be likely to get an inmate into trouble if someone in the free world is maintaining an online presence for that inmate.

Interestingly, the TDCJ policy appears to be focused on social media exclusively (Facebook, Twitter, etc), and the lawyers have suggested that personal websites, forums etc are not included in the TDCJ policy.
